Power spectrum of the circular unitary ensemble

چکیده
We study the power spectrum of eigen-angles random matrices drawn from circular unitary ensemble CUE(N) and show that it can be evaluated in terms either a Fredholm determinant, or Toeplitz sixth Painlevé function. In limit infinite-dimensional matrices, N??, we derive concise parameter-free formula for which involves fifth transcendent interpret Sine2 determinantal point field. Further, discuss universality predicted law tabulate easy use by random-matrix-theory quantum chaos practitioners.
